Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Implement CRM modules, workflows, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Participate in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing experience.
Certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.

Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

Develop Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build custom applications.
Create data models, workflows, and reports using Power Platform.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and data connectors.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Certifications in Power Platform are desirable.

Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform)

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Define technical requirements, integration points, and data models.
Provide guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a solution architect in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of Azure services, APIs, and security.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).

Business Analyst (CRM & Power Platform)

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a business analyst in CRM and Power Platform projects.
